We have a tier 2 producer/processor business in WA state we would like to sell. It will have to be moved since we operate on our property which is no longer allowed in Jefferson county. We do have a one acre industrial lot in Sequim that we had planned to move the business to and is all ready to put in greenhouses or buildings with 3 phase power, sewer and city water. Amazing sun exposure and flat and ready to build on. We would like to sell the lot with the business as well as the equipment we have and packaging supplies. Right now our market is centered on the Olympic Peninsula and we have regular sales in both the Elwah and Jamestown tribes, Karma, Sparket, Choice, Chimacum Cannabis as well as scattered stores throughout the state. We haven’t really done any marketing as it is just my husband and I who run it and so we have only had the budget to grow through word of mouth and Cultivera platform. With a bit of marketing, the sales will def increase.
