I’ve spent the last five years working with nearly every facet in the cannabis industry from testing to seed-to-sale multi-state operators. I was lucky enough to land my first role in cannabis right out of college as the first employee of Grassroots Cannabis Maryland aka Maryland Compassionate Care and Wellness. After working in a production facility as an individual contributor and compliance manager, I transitioned into a business development and customer acquisition role which is where I truly hit my stride in my career. I know am the Manager of business development from brands at Leafly and am working as a consultant to testing labs and dispensaries on customer/user acquisition.
