Biography

Faye Glemaud is Founder and CEO at Virtual Accounting Group an accounting practice servicing the Cannabis, Hemp and CBD business sector based in Atlanta Georgia. Ms. Glemaud has over twenty years of public accounting, financial reporting, tax and operations management expertise.

With razor-thin profit margins and all kinds of tax and capital issues to deal with, accounting operations for cannabis companies are more tricky than normal. Glemaud guides her clients through the laws, requirements and technicalities can make or break a cannabusiness.

Virtual Accounting Group’s goal is to empower cannabis CEOs, investors, and executives with some basic information so that you can be sure that you have hired the right professionals and know exactly what to expect from your accounting team at Virtual Accounting Group.

As the firm’s primary authority on cannabis specific state and federal tax rules such as IRC 280E and IRC 471, Glemaud’s sole goal is to ensure that proper accounting policies, inventory procedures, cash controls and systems are in place and streamlined in order to maximize deductions allowing CEOs to focus on growing their companies. Due to her extensive expertise on the subject matter, Glemaud is now being sought after to speak at Hemp and Cannabis shows and conventions on how to run a more profitable cannabis business.
