Kurt Kaufmann is the Co-Founder and CEO at Chicago based Seed Talent, which is a community-based platform that fosters the development of cannabis industry professionals and verifies their skillsets to advance canna-careers. Seed Talent is active in all Illinois dispensaries with a growing presence in 10+ markets across the country offering training and professional development services in partnership with some of the largest brands, retailers, and vertically integrated operations in cannabis. Kurt’s cannabis career began with Chicago based Green Thumb Industries where he contributed in variety of compacities before launching Seed Talent.
